This license survives account termination.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Evade safeguards or abuse generation limits

7. Asset Uploads and IP Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have legal rights to all uploaded assets
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret
• You have permission for any third-party materials used

Blinkr reserves the right to:

• Remove content upon IP complaints
• Disable accounts with repeated infringement
• Comply with DMCA and similar takedown requests

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• May contain bugs, balance issues, or incomplete mechanics

Blinkr is not responsible for:

• Gameplay outcomes
• User frustration or dissatisfaction
• Lost scores, progress, or rankings

Blinkr may collect:

13. Limitation of Liability

BLINKR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL
• CONTENT CREATED BY USERS OR AI
• GAMEPLAY OUTCOMES OR USER GENERATED GAMES

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BLINKR IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blinkr from any claims arising from:

• Your games
• Your use of AI tools
• Violation of these Terms
• IP infringement claims

15. Modifications to the Service or Terms
